LET’S GET STARTED NOW!!
“Semper Fidelis.” It means “Always Faithful,” and it is the motto of the United States Marine Corps. In our Marine Corps family, we use the term “Semper Fi” to signify all that is good among us. When our family at Jeff George Real Estate Group collectively decided to assist those in need within our community, the “Semper Fi Fund” was the obvious choice. Based out of Camp Pendleton in San Diego County, the Semper Fi Fund provides critical support and assistance to wounded Veterans and their families. When you refer your family and friends to Sand to Sea Properties to buy or sell their home, we will donate $500 to the Semper Fi Fund in your honorat the close of escrow. We sincerely hope you will tell your friends, family, peers and co-workers about our services. You’ll be doing them, us, and perhaps most importantly, our wounded Veterans a great service.
WE ARE CURRENTLY ON A MISSION TO RAISE $25,000 FOR THE SEMPER FI FUND.
If you know someone who is thinking of selling or buying a home, please fill in the following form, and we will get in contact with them ASAP. Thank You.
The Semper Fi Fund is dedicated to providing immediate financial assistance and lifetime support to post-9/11 combat wounded, critically ill and catastrophically injured members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.
They deliver the resources they need during recovery and transition back to their communities, working to ensure no one is left behind. Their streamlined structure keeps overhead as low as possible because they realize every dollar saved can be put to better use serving those who have served us all in the ongoing job of preserving our nation’s freedom. Since their inception in May 2004, they have been able to provide over $182 million in assistance to more than 21,000 service members and their families.
The Semper Fi Fund is exceptionally rated among veteran nonprofits: Their pledge to stay by the service member’s side throughout recovery, to help that service member as they transition back home. They have consistently received an A+ from CharityWatch, one of only two veteran nonprofits to receive this rating, and eight consecutive 4-star ratings from Charity Navigator, plus a Platinum Seal of Transparency from Guidestar.
